Content:
- added 80 images for "Ride #2"
- added 86 images for "The Cabin"
- reworked all 160 images of WIP 1.1

- improved image compression to reduce filesize for PC and HTML5
- added skip and auto skip function to dialogues
- added scrolling text to dialogues

- added F10 fullscreen key to HTML5 version
